TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and OldBoy, a virtual AI-assistant and life coach bot ("Bot") on Facebook Messenger. By accessing or using the Bot, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Bot Description and Services

OldBoy is an AI-assistant and life coach bot designed to provide you with automated responses, advice, and guidance on a variety of life topics. The Bot's services are available exclusively on Facebook Messenger.

2. Use of the Bot
By using the Bot, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree not to use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates the rights of any third party.
You understand and acknowledge that the Bot is an automated program that provides advice and guidance based on algorithms and programming, and that the Bot is not a substitute for professional counseling or medical advice. You should not rely on the Bot to make decisions that could have legal, financial, or other significant consequences.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
The Bot and its underlying technology, including but not limited to the software, algorithms, and content, are the property of OldBoy or its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Bot or its underlying technology.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
OldBoy does not warrant that the Bot will meet your requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption. The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OldBoy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Bot, including without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.

6. Termination
OldBoy reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your access to the Bot at any time without notice. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease all use of the Bot and to destroy any copies of the Bot or its underlying technology.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OldBoy is incorporated or headquartered. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

8. Changes to this Agreement
OldBoy may revise this Agreement at any time without notice by updating this posting. Your continued use of the Bot after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and OldBoy with respect to the Bot and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and OldBoy.
By using the OldBoy Bot, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Bot.
